Thoughts and words represented in vibration:

Published by Corey Diggins on

A look at our words through a cymatic lens shows us a fascinating image. Cymatics, which is the study of vibrations made visible, and how they influence patterns, shapes and energy can show us a visual representation of our spoken words. Positivity shows a very coherent frequency pattern, whereas negativity shows us quite the opposite pattern of incoherence and disarray. With this information you can begin to picture our thoughts as the images shown as the cymatic representation and you can easily come to the conclusion, positive is coherent and healing while negative is incoherent and disease prone.

In 1994 a Japanese Scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto proved something extraordinary to the world. Our words physically change the world around us. Dr. Emoto conducted an experiment where he had students speak negative words like I hate you and you’re a failure to one set of water bottles. Then to another set, they spoke kind loving words like I love you and thank you over them. After freezing the water and viewing it under a microscope the results were incredible. The water exposed to negativity formed chaotic distorted patterns, meanwhile the water with positivity spoken over it crystallized into coherent shapes with a pattern. Here’s the astonishing part over 70% of our body is water, that means every word we speak or even think could create this effect in our cells affecting our health, energy and reality.1 In (Proverbs 18:21 NIV) King Solomon told us over 2000 years ago “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”

On the topic of water in 2009, Nobel laureate Luc Montagnier shared the idea of DNA teleportation or digital biology. A transduction of DNA information through water and electromagnetic waves. The idea is that DNA produces electromagnetic signals (EMS), measurable when highly diluted in water. This signal can be recorded, transmitted electronically, and re-emitted on another distant water sample, where it can replicate the original DNA in the new water sample.3 Since were mostly composed of water as human beings it’s not farfetched to draw the conclusion that our thought frequency can imprint a signature on our water molecules. This signature could then be transmitted or re-emitted perhaps by the human electromagnetic signal.

Broadcasting thought coherence

Our current scientific understanding as evidenced in a 2019 Frontiers article is that thoughts are electrical signals generated by the complex network of neurons firing and communicating with each other through electrical impulses.4 These different patterns of neural activity generate electrical signals and can be more specifically measured as frequencies, which can be visually observed through an electroencephalogram or EEG, a test that measures electrical activity in the brain.5 The unique frequencies are associated with different mental states like focus, relaxation, deep sleep or fear, stress and worry. Essentially, each thought generates a unique “wave” pattern with a specific frequency range within the brain.6

When we have a coherent mind our thoughts, beliefs and behaviors are resilient in working through life’s storms. An incoherent mind can cause mental confusion and generate negative behaviors. Interestingly, we can broadcast our current state through our electromagnetic field (EMF). Ever get that feeling of someone’s energy they put out, good or bad? Our body innately knows how to pick up this frequency.

Modern Research in science shows us the human body has a unique EMF that is a low-intensity field created by the body’s electrical currents. In her wonderful book, Frequency, Penny Peirce gives us a brilliant summary of an article covering the body’s heart field by cutting edge researchers Rollin McCraty, Raymond Trevor, and Dan Tomasino in, Shift: At the Frontiers of Consciousness magazine;

They said that the “heart generates the body’s most powerful and most extensive rhythmic electromagnetic field.” It is sixty times greater in amplitude than that of the brain, permeates every cell, and can be detected several feet away from the body. “Negative emotions, such as anger and frustration, are associated with an erratic, disordered, incoherent pattern in the heart’s rhythms.” Positive emotions correlate with a smooth, coherent pattern, and “sustained positive emotions appear to give rise to a distinct mode of functioning, which we call psychophysiological coherence.” This mode is characterized by “increased efficiency and harmony in the activity and interactions of the body’s systems,” as well as a “reduction in internal mental dialogue, reduced perceptions of stress, increased emotional balance, and enhanced mental clarity, intuitive discernment, and cognitive performance.” It makes sense that when your heart’s vibrations are coherent,” your body, mind, emotions, and soul are functioning in harmony, or perhaps at octaves of the same frequency— your home frequency.7

We can actively measure the EMF activity in our body with modern medical devices, techniques such as a Magnetoencephalography (MEG)8 for brain activity and Magnetocardiography (MCG)9 for heart activity.

Figure 2. Showing the hearts electromagnetic field.10

As we create thoughts in our mind the unique signature it represents goes on to create neuropeptides leading to hormonal release, making us feel the way we think. Let’s say we produce many negative thoughts leading to the release of hormones to feel upset or angry. Our EMF may now broadcast the frequency we’re consumed with. Most should be familiar with the old proverb “Birds of a feather flock together”, what if the attraction of people is much more than just our five senses? Do you ever notice negative minds commiserating together and positive minds creating with each other? I hold a strong believe that our signature of thoughts we think are broadcasted to those around us creating an invisible attraction like the force of a magnet and nearly everyone is unconscious to it.

These negative incoherent thoughts could influence the human body’s electromagnetic field by potentially disrupting cell signaling, creating hormone imbalances, dysregulating our nervous system, and causing a potential environment for an increased risk for cancer or disease. Positive thoughts of love, gratitude, healing and compassion could change the coherence of the body and immediate environment. Coherence is a state in which all of the body’s systems work together in harmony increasing alignment of mind, body, emotions and spirit through the signature of the heart. Our body’s ability to self-regulate our emotions through trauma or adverse situations can be attributed to a heart coherence. Expanded upon further in the, Frontiers of Psychology journal, the “Heart Rhythm Coherence Hypothesis,” can give the body the ability to self-regulate and maintain its feeling of being content, happy and in control no matter the circumstances.11 This can provide much context for the sayings “lead with the heart,” or “It feels such and such in my heart.”

Pursuing healing, maintenance of the body or just a healthy lifestyle we should always be mindful of the words we broadcast. As we just explored these words can have deep physiological effects—helping or hurting us. Awareness is the first step in recognizing the state of our body’s internal environment. Change can start there.

Keep the faith,
