Corey Diggins is a stroke thriver and the author of Innate Ability: Doctrines for Life’s Adventure. A former entrepreneur and sales professional, he spent years building a successful life before a brainstem stroke and a 10-hour surgery in 2021 changed the path. He now writes and speaks about purpose, grace, and healing for anyone walking through loss, illness, or a life they did not plan. He lives in New York with his wife, Maria Elena.

Corey believes the pain that stopped his old life was a redirect, not an ending. After the stroke, he found an ability that was already there: to rise again, with purpose, grace, and a quieter joy. The life he did not plan is the one he got to live. Maria Elena walks it with him.

Wrote Innate Ability from the same roadmap that I used for healing, mastering my mindset, and living from within. Not a theory I wrote from the sidelines.
